GeekLink Subtitle Factory's core features are free to use. The Pro version unlocks additional advanced capabilities:

How to Activate
- Open the upgrade panel In the app, click the "Upgrade to Pro" button in the top-right corner. This opens a panel comparing Free and Pro and listing the current plans.
- Get an activation code If you don't have one yet, pick a plan in the panel to purchase. Already have a code? Click the "Have a license key? Enter it here" link at the bottom of the panel.
- Enter the activation code Paste your activation code into the input field (two formats are supported; see below).
- Activate Click the "Activate" button. Once verified, Pro features are unlocked immediately.
Activation Code Formats
GeekLink supports two activation code formats:
- Standard format:
GEEK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX(letters and numbers) - Lemon Squeezy UUID format:
xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Both formats can be pasted directly into the activation input field.
FAQ
How many devices can I use my activation code on?
Please refer to the license terms provided at the time of purchase. Different activation code plans may include different device limits.
What if I switch to a new computer?
Download and install GeekLink Subtitle Factory on the new device, then enter the same activation code to activate. There is no need to manually deactivate on the old device.
What if activation fails?
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check that your internet connection is working (activation requires online verification)
- Verify that the activation code is entered correctly, paying attention to case and format (we recommend copy-pasting)
- Confirm that the activation code has not exceeded its device limit
If activation still fails, please contact with your activation code and a screenshot of the error message, and we will assist you promptly.
